本研究では,NICU・GCU における看護師の業務内容を調査し,チーム医療における看護師の知識や技術の有効的な活用,そのための教育訓練の方向性について検討した。
調査対象は新生児医療連絡会加入施設の新生児医療担当の責任医師212 名とし,構成型質問紙調査を実施した(有効回答数129,60.8%)。データは記述的に分析した。
認可された機関で高次の教育を受けた看護師による実施が可能と考えられた項目は,急性期では39 項目中11 項目(28.2%),回復期では46 項目中16 項目(34.8%)であった。高次の教育を受けた看護師であっても実施困難と考えられたのは,急性期11 項目(28.2%),回復期3 項目(6.5%)であった。
今後は看護師の実施や教育訓練についての合意形成が必要である。合意形成後はさらに,安心・安全に実施できる仕組みや体制作りが必要であり,それには医師と看護師の協働が重要である。 |

The purpose of this study was to identify the details of a nurse’s job in the NICU and the GCU, to consider the
effective use of the nurse’s knowledge and skills in team medicine, and to determine required education. A structured
questionnaire was distributed to 212 neonatal doctors in charge who were members of Japanese Neonatologist
Association and 129 valid response were received(60.8%).Data were descriptively analyzed.
The items considered to be practiced by nurses who were educated at an authorized high-level institution were 11 out
of 39 items(28.2%)for critical neonates, and were 16 out of 46 items(34.8%)for recovering neonates. Items considered
not to be practiced, even by high-level educated nurses, were 11 out of 39 items(28.2%)and three out of 46 items(6.5%).
A consensus on nursing practice and necessary education needs to be reached and to be built into the practical and
educational system for safe nursing action. For this, it is important to collaborate with both doctors and nurses. |
